Hi, I'm Christina. As a health coach, I help others to make choices and lifestyle changes that will support their wellness goals. Health coaches can serve as a resource in many areas; one of my personal passions is sharing what I have learned about mindfulness.
My own mindfulness practice has helped me to not only face some of the bigger challenges in my life, but also to enjoy and appreciate many of the little 'moments.' Mindfulness has also served as a great tool for me as a mother, enabling me to develop a calmer and more fulfilling approach to parenting. Perhaps most importantly, mindfulness has helped my daughters to better identify and manage their emotions and anxieties.
My goal is to share what I've learned with others in my community. With emphasis on techniques to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, Mindful Moment focuses on simple ways to promote mental well-being. Mindfulness doesn't have to mean a time-consuming seated meditation practice. It can be cultivated in many ways, in small moments throughout the day, and those moments add up to make life easier, brighter, and more fulfilling.
